The leading Greek pharmaceutical company GAP PHARMACEUTICALS, chose OPTISHIFT for its employee shift scheduling and PROMETHEUS to meet its needs, both for medium-long-term planning and for optimal short-term analytical production planning.

Initially, the GAP will utilize the specialized functionality of the PROMETHEUS production planning system, through which it aims to optimize its production process, minimizing its operating costs and achieving maximum efficiency of its production lines in the shortest possible time.

Based on the generated production schedule, the relevant operational requirements for personnel per working hours and per specialty will be identified, which will be fed into OPTISHIFT, which will propose the optimal shift schedule to cover these requirements.

At the same time, the GAP will ensure the fair distribution of shifts and days off by assigning specific shift patterns to its production employee groups, as well as compliance with labor legislation, as well as compatibility with regard to the sending of work schedules to the ERGANI II system through the Digital Timetable.
