Regency Casino Thessaloniki (RCT) has been using the OPTISHIFT system for scheduling its employees’ shifts since 2014. Having proven effectiveness in shift management and scheduling, as well as in everything related to ensuring legality and automating reports to the ERGANI system, the company decided to extend the use of the system to employees at the HYATT hotel.
